Always-On Operations Group LLC ("we") operates Always-On Operator, an AI-assisted intake service that our business clients use to answer customer texts and calls.

Information collected through this website

When you request a demo, we collect the name, company, email, phone number, trade, and message you submit. We use it to respond to your request and to set up a demo. We do not sell it or add it to marketing lists.

Information handled by Always-On Operator

When you text or call a business that uses Always-On Operator, the conversation is processed by an AI system on behalf of that business. The operator identifies itself as an AI assistant. Your messages, phone number, and the details you provide are stored so the business can schedule and complete your service request, and are shared with that business's scheduling and customer-record systems.

Voice calls on a recorded line begin with a recording notice. Recordings and transcripts are retained for quality review and are available to the business you contacted.

SMS terms

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Message frequency varies by conversation.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact the business you were texting directly.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
